The Ashley and The Bradford- Due to their size these two floor plans are perfect for office use, play room or for the occasional out of town guest. They feature a large common area and a wet bar with an eat-at-counter.

The Camden and The Dorsett- These two floor plans are ideal for extended visits from out of town guests or they can be used fulltime by a relative. They both feature a full kitchen with a pantry as well as laundry hook ups. There is a large common area and a seperate bedroom.

The Preston and The Wellington- Although these floor plans are under 1000 SF they feature a full eat-in-kitchen with a pantry. The kitchen area in both plans can accomodate an island. In addition to the separate bedroom and large gathering area they also feature an additonal room that may be used as a den or an office. They are perfect mother-in-law suites.
