Over 20 years ago two young men from completely different
backgrounds met for the first time working on a large construction project in South Florida. In time they became friends and
one day, while shooting a game of pool, they realized that they shared a common dream to one day have their own company designing
and building homes. Finally, in 1988 they joined to pursue that dream. They had no idea back then how far it would take them
but they were committed to finding out. Today, with over 700 homes to their credit and adding dozens more each year, that
dream is very alive and well at Vista Builders.
The
President of Vista Builders is Gregory Sean Foster. Sean was born and raised in Palm Beach County. He is a second-generation
general contractor who began working alongside his father at a very early age. Over the years, Sean developed an appreciation and
insistence for quality that can only be achieved through hands-on experience. His reputation for quality is undisputed
even by Vista Builders' competitors. Today, Sean personally oversees all activities in the field as well as reviews
all blueprints and subcontractor selection. Sean's persistence and diligence for quality is what gives Vista Builders'
its awesome reputation.
The Vice President of Vista Builders is Robert Wilson. Rob is
a native Floridian and a graduate of the University of Florida College of Building Construction. After earning his contractor's
license in 1986, he relocated to Palm Beach County to work as a project manager for one of the nation's largest developers.
There he was involved in all types of residential construction ranging from townhouses to multi-million dollar estates. Rob
learned the business of home building and now oversees the financial aspects as well as all the design and sales activities
of Vista Buiders.
Because of the mixture of each owner's expertise,
Vista Builders has the unique ability to provide the one on one service and attention to detail you expect from a small custom
builder as well as the stability and professionalism you look for in a nationally known developer.
