Our Custom Home Floor Plans

Vista Builders has a variety of floor plans to accomodate every homeowner's needs and wants. Vista Builders caters to all types of people by listening to their customers and providing them with the necessary tools to make them happy. Since Vista Builders is a custom builder they are also able to work off of your plans.

The Estate Series consists of homes that are over 3000 SF under air. The Brentwood and The Hampton are the two most popular floor plans in this series.

The Town and Country Series consists of floor plans up to 3000 SF under air. In this series you will find the Lennox, the Cambridge and the Brighton to name a few.

They also offer a variety of floor plans for pool/guest houses ranging from 500 SF under air to just under 1000 SF under air.
